– Payment is non-refundable.

– Clients are responsible for all costs associated with print orders and service requests. Copies will be dispatched or picked up based on agreed terms before, during, or after production.

– We reserve the right to cancel orders, and in such cases, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

– Clients are responsible for the cost of mailing orders. Clients may choose their preferred transportation method for other orders, and costs will be communicated accordingly. We will endeavor to make arrangements for requested transport channels if feasible.

– We can provide estimated arrival times at courier offices; however, exact delivery times outside Accra may vary (typically 24 to 72 hours from dispatch). We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like flight cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, or accidents.

– Clients are responsible for choosing their courier company for orders, and we are not liable for any losses, applicable only outside Accra, Ghana.

– Production times range from 21 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please request your production timeline if it’s not initially provided by your account manager.

– All designs created by our firm are our property and cannot be used without permission. Designs provided by clients remain their property.

– Minor changes to publishing plan features may occur without prior notice, but signed contracts remain unaffected unless agreed upon by all parties.

– Clients will be informed of any delivery or production delays at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled dispatch time.

– Force Majeure events such as national strikes, riots, war, natural disasters, machinery breakdowns, or fires may cause slight delays in contract execution. Neither party will be in breach of contract due to these events, and contracts will be executed as soon as conditions allow or a new resolution is reached.

– Purchase orders received by us constitute a contractual agreement.
